ETV ("we," "our," or "us") is a live streaming platform that allows creators to broadcast content and viewers to support them through in-app purchases. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use ETV:

Account information: Email address and username when you create an account.
Profile information: Any display name or profile details you choose to add.
Chat messages: Messages you send during live streams are stored to support the chat experience.
Transaction data: Records of coin purchases and tips made within the app, including amounts and timestamps. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Apple.
Streaming data: When you broadcast, we process your stream through AWS infrastructure. We do not store stream recordings unless explicitly stated.
How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account
To enable live streaming and real-time chat
To process in-app coin purchases and track balances
To provide customer support
To improve the app and diagnose technical issues
Third-Party Services
ETV uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and chat history are stored on Supabase servers.
Amazon Web Services (AWS IVS): Live video streaming infrastructure.
Apple StoreKit: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the services listed above, or as required by law.

Data Retention
We retain your account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy
ETV is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at the email address below.

Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
